REACTION LACK CLEAR 

 TWO COMPONEMT, HIGH SOLIDS ALKYD/UREA FORMALDEHYDE ACID CATALYZED CLEAR

Introducing AC Lacquers, a premium range of furniture coatings crafted from a blend of urea formaldehyde and alkyd resins. Our hot blending process produces fast-curing, high-quality clear and pigmented acid-catalyzed coatings, available in a variety of gloss levels from gloss to matt. These finishes dry through solvent evaporation and a unique chemical reaction, resulting in a hard, durable film that outperforms conventional air-drying finishes. While AC Lacquers offer exceptional resistance to water spotting and cracking, they are not recommended for exterior use.

Acid-catalyzed clear wood sealers, also as acid-cure or conversion varnishes, are exceptional finishes designed for wood surfaces. Renowned for their durability and moisture resistance, these two-component systems cure with a weak acid catalyst, resulting in a hard, protective coating. Key features include a tough finish that withstand wear and tear, excellent resistance to moisture and chemicals, a high-gloss appearance that enhances natural beauty, good sanding properties for smooth application. Additionally, they offer versatility as a sealer under other finishes or as a stand-alone finish for open wood.

ACID CATALIZED HI BUILD PRIMER WHITE

 TWO COMPONEMT,  ALKYD/UREA FORMALDEHYDE ACID CATALYZED CLEAR  SEALER

An acid-catalyzed white primer is a coating used in wood finishing for furniture and cabinetry. It is a two system that requires mixing with an acid catalyst to start the curing process. This results in durable, hard finish resistant to water, household chemicals, and abrasion. The white color serves as a base for topcoats, helping to hide imperfections in wood.
