AUTO PRIME 1K EPOXY ETCH

Auto Prime 1K Epoxy Etch is a quick-drying, anti-corrosive single-pack epoxy etch primer formulated for clean steel and other suitable metallic substrates. It provides excellent adhesion, good water and heat resistance, and dries to a semi-matt finish.

COMMERCIAL VEHICLE REFINISH

Transguard MS Primer 4:1 is a two-component, high-solids acrylic primer system cured with an isocyanate hardener. It is formulated to provide excellent filling, film build and intercoat adhesion, while remaining easy to sand and suitable for professional commercial vehicle refinishing.

Transguard Hardener is an isocyanate-based hardener designed for use with compatible Transguard two-component coating systems. It reacts with the resin component to develop hardness, durability, chemical resistance and the final performance of the coating system.

Suitable for use with:

  • Transguard MS Primer 4:1

  • Compatible Transguard 2K topcoats

  • Transguard Gloss Clear Coat

  • Other approved Transguard two-component refinishing systems

COMMERCIAL VEHICLE REFINISH

Transguard 2K Toners form part of the Transguard Twinpack automotive and commercial vehicle refinishing system. The range consists of 24 colour toners developed for professional colour formulation and matching, allowing a wide variety of solid, fleet and RAL colours to be produced. When mixed and activated with the compatible Transguard hardener, the system provides a durable, high-gloss 2K finish with good colour strength, hiding power, flow and long-term performance. The mixed colours can be used as a finished 2K colour coat or overcoated with a compatible Transguard 2K Clear Coat where additional gloss and protection are required.

Transguard 2K Silvers & Pearls form part of the Transguard automotive and commercial vehicle refinishing system and are designed for metallic and pearlescent colour formulation. The range uses quality polyester-based resins together with automotive-grade aluminium, mica and pearl pigments to provide good coverage, hiding power, colour effect and lightfastness. These coatings are formulated for smooth application, good adhesion and consistent metallic or pearl orientation, helping produce a professional refinishing finish. They can be incorporated into compatible colour formulations and overcoated with Transguard 2K Gloss Clear Coat where additional gloss, depth and protection are required.

ACRO Light Body Filler is a lightweight polyester body filler developed for automotive and commercial vehicle repair and refinishing. Its thixotropic consistency allows easy application and shaping while helping achieve a smooth, pinhole-free finish with reduced sanding effort. It is suitable for properly prepared bare steel, galvanised steel, aluminium, stainless steel, polyester surfaces and suitable wood substrates.

STONE CHIP

Automotive & Commercial Vehicle Protection

Stone Chip is a heavy-duty protective coating developed for the undersides and lower body areas of on-road and off-road vehicles. It forms a tough, durable film that helps protect against stone impact, road debris, corrosion and general abrasion while also providing resistance to water, salt spray, petrol, oil and many commonly encountered automotive contaminants. It can be applied to properly prepared bare metal, painted surfaces, compatible automotive coatings and fibreglass.
