ACRO Industrial Paints manufactures a range of roof paints, rubberised roof coatings and waterproofing systems designed for IBR, zinc, metal, cement and fibre-cement roofs, parapet walls and other exterior surfaces. The range includes acrylic roof coatings, flexible rubber coatings, rust-protection systems and membrane-compatible waterproofing products for sealing, weather protection and long-term roof maintenance in harsh South African conditions.

Roof & Seal

Rubberised Roof Coating • Engineered for 8-Year Protection

ROOF & SEAL is a high-quality, UV-stable, flexible rubberised roof coating designed to paint, waterproof and protect roofs in one system. It offers excellent adhesion and can be applied to a variety of suitable interior and exterior construction surfaces.

Once cured, ROOF & SEAL forms a durable, water-resistant barrier that helps protect the substrate against moisture, weathering and environmental exposure. It can be used without a membrane for small gaps of up to approximately 3 mm, or together with a woven waterproofing membrane where additional reinforcement is required.

Recommended applications include:

​

  • IBR and zinc roofs

  • Cement and fibre-cement roofs

  • Weathered and previously painted roof surfaces

  • Parapet walls

  • Primed metal and wooden substrates

  • Interior and exterior construction surfaces

  • Waterproofing with woven membrane where required​

Coverage guideline:

​

  • First coat: approximately 5–6 m²/L, depending on surface porosity and substrate condition

  • Second coat: approximately 6–8 m²/L​

Engineered for 10-Year Protection

ACRO RUBBER – RUST REHAB is a one-component, highly flexible, anti-corrosive roof coating formulated with rust-converting and corrosion-inhibiting technology. It is self-priming, adhesion-promoted and waterproofing, and is designed to encapsulate and protect suitably prepared rusted surfaces.

ACRO RUBBER – RUST REHAB forms a durable, water-resistant barrier between the substrate and the environment, helping to slow further corrosion and protect exposed metal surfaces from weathering and moisture.

​

The coating can be used with or without a woven waterproofing membrane, depending on the application, and is suitable for sealing roofs and vulnerable areas against water penetration.

Recommended applications include:

  • Steel, zinc and IBR roofs

  • Cement and fibre-cement roofing

  • Weathered and previously painted roof surfaces

  • Gutters and downpipes

  • Properly prepared rusted metal roofs

Fiberklad  Flex

Fibre-Reinforced Waterproofing • Engineered for 10-Year Protection

FIBERKLAD FLEX is a water-based, fibre-reinforced, flexible rubberised waterproofing coating designed to paint, seal and protect roofs in one system. It forms a durable, water-resistant barrier between the substrate and the environment and is suitable for roofs, parapet walls and other exterior waterproofing applications.

The reinforced coating helps bridge minor movement and cracking and can be used without a separate woven membrane in suitable applications. It is designed for long-term waterproofing and weather protection on properly prepared substrates.

​

Acrylic Roof Paint • Engineered for 5-Year Protection

ROOF KOTE is a durable acrylic roof paint designed for long-term exterior protection and resistance to harsh UV exposure. It provides strong adhesion, good water resistance and a clean, fast-drying finish for properly prepared roof surfaces.

Durable for Cement & Bricks • Engineered for 5-Year Protection

PAVE & SEAL is a durable paving coating designed for concrete paving bricks and other suitable cement-based surfaces. It provides a hard-wearing, weather-resistant finish with good resistance to alkali and everyday exterior exposure, helping to protect and refresh paved areas.

Rain-Block Pro

Heavy-Duty Elastomeric Waterproofing • Engineered for 8-Year Weather Protection

RAIN-BLOCK PRO is a heavy-duty elastomeric waterproofing coating designed for pitched iron and tiled roofs, skylights, parapets, roof ridges, flashings and roof screws. Its flexible film helps seal and protect vulnerable roof areas against water penetration and weather exposure.

​

For reinforced waterproofing applications, RAIN-BLOCK PRO can be used with a suitable waterproofing membrane. A thorough first saturation coat is important to ensure the membrane is properly embedded and coated. The system is not intended for areas subject to long-term ponding water or for application over bitumen waterproofing systems unless specifically approved.

  • Skylights
