Why has paint wrinkled or run on a window frame after rain?

If rain or heavy moisture reaches a freshly applied coating before it has developed sufficient cure, the film may wrinkle, run, soften or lose adhesion. Remove the damaged material once dry, prepare the surface again and repaint only when suitable dry weather is expected for the required curing period.
