Frosting is a whitish surface deposit or appearance that can develop when coatings are exposed to very cold, damp conditions during early drying or curing.

Do not paint onto very cold or wet surfaces. Allow the coating and substrate to dry fully, clean the affected surface and assess adhesion before recoating.
