Lacquer

A fast-drying coating that forms film mainly by solvent evaporation rather than oxidative or two-pack chemical cure. The term is used for several different resin systems and should not be treated as a single chemistry. Product selection should be based on substrate, exposure, preparation and required performance rather than name alone.
